BODY POSITION:
having the correct body position is the first step to low impact diving.

FROG KICK:
the frog kick is a very energy efficient stroke. it especially useful in silty environments, and places with very delicate bottom growth.

MODIFIED FROG KICK:
the modified frog kick is a reduced version of the frog kick.

MODIFIED FLUTTER KICK:
the modified flutter kick is a popular low impact diving kick.

REVERSE KICK:
the reverse kick is one of the most useful finning kicks a diver can learn. allowing divers to move in reverse, while also having affective positional control

HELICOPTER TURN:
the Heli Turn is a turn which allows divers to have affective positional control.
